With Bespoke Friihday you can have your own regular engagement survey, designed for you.

The advantage of our system is that we can customise it to your needs. The graphs can show responses to things such as; on time delivery, quality levels, attention to detail, completion of works, customer satisfaction, staff politeness, effective communications and so on.

We can adjust the sub-sets of follow up questions so that you can find out more about what client groups like or dislike, or need more of.

You can also ask polling questions to find out specific answers to key questions.

Regular insights give you clear trends. If you’re heading up you can celebrate. If you’re heading down, you can be responsive and make changes. Either way, you can’t lose. Directors and Trustees like data. What could you give them?

Friihday is designed to provide clients with anonymous responses.

Our email system makes Friihday a breeze to use. Participants receive an email once a week (or once a month) and have fun pushing buttons. We then email you the results a few days later.

Senior Leaders are not able to identify individuals from the results pages, because anonymity drives engagement.

Your client groups benefit too – people liked to be asked questions and to know that you take their feedback seriously. People like to be heard.

Use The Results

Data is useful. Of course, it needs to be shared and discussed and acted upon. We can send results to specific people, so that key stakeholders are kept informed

Your results may form a key part of Board reports, compliance work, or be part of maintaining legal engagement requirements. You are free to share your results with relevant people and we are happy to engage with them too, if that helps you.
