Friihday works on mobile phones and PCs. All you do is follow the link we email to you each week and have fun pushing a few buttons. You can answer one/some/all questions – that’s up to you. If you’re away on holiday then you can miss a week too. We don’t mind.

It’s anonymous and confidential. Only you see your results. Our system has been built with safety embedded.

Your personal results are plotted on a set of graphs, so that you can see the trends, celebrate success and make changes. Simple and useful.

Friihday asks follow up questions and if you want to see the anonymous group results for these then please ask and we will send you a link.

To be part of our happy world please contact us. All we need is your email address and for you to confirm that you’re over 18 years of age.

We will add you to our Guest list and send you a survey link each week. The survey comes out on a Friday and we send out personal results on the following Tuesday.

If you decide to leave us then please email us and we will remove you from the list and that’s that. No fuss. No drama.
