We are a unique software engineering house, with both coding and behavioural expertise.

Our mission is to produce low cost, interesting and practical survey products for smaller SMEs and micro-businesses, so that senior leaders and industry professionals have weekly data sets to work with.

We know what it means to run an organisation, so please think of us as the ‘CEO’s friend’ supporting you and your team.

Our products focus on mental health and well-being and organisational development. We like this mix.
Between us we have 40+ years of experience in software development, business management and people things. We are not a couple of graduates, busking with a football table in the middle of the office. Sorry kids and good luck to you.
